Submitted intake documents are handled exclusively for administrative translation and processing. All materials are deleted within 168 hours (7 days) unless a longer retention period is separately mandated by applicable law or explicit user instruction. We do not share personal medical data with third parties for marketing or research purposes.
Third-Party Services and Disputes
Third-party prices, schedules, decisions, and outcomes remain the responsibility of their providers. Written service confirmations govern our work, and disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
